For more information, please visit www.jpmorgan.com/wss Role: Head of Product Management - C&A Clearance Products The Head of Product Manager for C&A's Clearance products is responsible for all aspects of product management for this suite of products, which includes; U.S. Government Clearance, GlobeClear (international clearance), U.S. Commercial Paper and U.S. Agent Bank Clearing. The position reports directly to the Business Executive for the Clearance products. The position manages a team of 10 - 15 product managers dedicated to the products within the Clearance suite. Primary responsibilities include:
* Strategic planning at the business and product level
* Planning and forecasting in partnership with the Finance function
* Competitor and market analysis
* Client profitability
* Cost base analysis and productivity initiatives
* New product development/enhancing existing products
* Globalization of the product suite/market extensions with particular focus on Asia
* Partnering with sales on New Business planning/market segmentation and deal pricing
* Creating and maintaining a high performance team of product managers supporting the Clearance suite of products
* Representing the Clearance products at industry events, conferences, roundtables, etc. with emphasis on speaking engagements
* Fostering synergies and integration across the Clearance product suite (GlobeClear and Agent Bank Clearing, for example)
* Creating value added linkages with Bear Stearns' Correspondent Clearing business (cross-selling, sharing infrastructure, etc.)
* Playing lead role in the creation and presentation of monthly business reviews, investment council presentations, etc.
* Ad hoc reporting, analyses as required

Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of business experience
* MBA
* Proven track record in product management
* Analytical skills
* Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
* Business writing
* Experience interacting with clients
* Extremely strong global clearance industry knowledge
